Description
The 2′ 4Bank 3-Light Interview Kit from Kino Flo is well-suited to location shooting or use in a small studio. The kit contains one 2′ 4Bank fixture, two 2′ Double fixtures, ballasts for each light, three 25′ extension cables, three stand mounts, two lamp cases and a wheeled, hard shipping case. The ballasts have a 2-Pin Euro plug.
Both Single and Double fixtures feature built-in barndoors, removable reflectors and a louver (grid). The lights can be disassembled and used with only the electrical harness to allow you to build a softbox. A wide range of optional True Match lamps are available in tungsten and daylight balance as well as specialty lamps for chroma key work or color effects. The ballasts offer 100-240 VAC operation for worldwide use, individual switchable lamps and dead quiet flicker-free performance.
4Bank Fixture (2′)
The 2′ 4Bank Fixture from Kino Flo is a 4-lamp fluorescent light that outputs the equivalent of a 500W softlight while consuming a fraction of the traditional fixture’s electrical draw. When used with a standard or DMX ballast (purchased separately) the light has 2 or 4 lamp switching to vary the power output as well as standard and High Output settings to avoid color shifting associated with dimming. Unlike other ballasts, Kino Flo’s optional ballasts can be located up to 75′ from the head with no power loss, solving the problem of adjustments when the light is hung overhead. Optional True Match lamps that feature a high CRI of 95 are available in 3200K or 5600K color balance.
